Jenifer Levini, Esq.

  Jenifer Levini is a native Californian concerned with solving housing challenges. She sees tiny homes as part of the solution for making housing affordable and providing sustainable living opportunities. As a mother, she hopes that her children can afford to live in and find housing in California and that they chose to live there because it’s a wonderful place.

She is a housing, real estate, land use, and business attorney. She received her bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. Jenifer practices law in Santa Cruz and the San Francisco Bay Area. Her law firm is available through www. levini.com. Prior to opening her own firm, she worked with a large law firm and for the Superior Court of California. She is a founding member of Caring Strangers, a nonprofit that provided school supplies and winter clothes for homeless children, and graduate of several leadership programs.

Jenifer is the president and founder of Wishomes, a consulting company helping to make all tiny homes safe and legal. She lives in a factory-built home in Santa Cruz, California.
